Nominations for the 2009 Charity Awards have now come to a close. The 2009 weekly winners will be informed by December 5 about the second round of the competition.
In this Charity section you can find our featured charities for this week. If you like the sound of any of these charities then please support them, by making a donation via their websites, as they do need your support. If you are looking for a specific charity you can search below by alphabet or keyword.
2010 will see some changesfor OptimistWorld. From April onwards Optimist users will be able to set up proper interactive profiles and support and earn cash rewards for their favourite charity just by being active on the site. So sign up now if you would like to raise money for your favourite cause.
To register your CHARITY simply download the Charity Registration Form and email it to back to the address provided. We will profile all UK registered charities with an annual income of up to £1,000,000 free of charge.
The 5 charities on the left have been awarded the 2009 Charity Awards. They share all proceeds from our first ever Optimist Charity Auction. Take a look, we have two fantastic lots for you. Place your bids, all proceeds go to the Optimist Charity Award winners.
