Want to get pregnant? Nicole Kidman recommends taking a waterfall dip
It may not have much of a scientific basis, but if you're trying to have a baby Nicole Kidman has a top tip. She's credited a waterfall on the set of one of her films with bringing about a flurry of pregnancies - including her own.
Yes, it may sound a little far-fetched, but the star attributes swims in a local waterfall with the conception of seven babies during production of the film Australia in a small town in the country's outback.
Nicole filmed Australia, directed by Baz Luhrmann, in Kununurra, a small town in the far north of the state of Western Australia.
The actress gave birth to her daughter, Sunday Rose, in July and exclaimed to The Australian Women's Weekly: "There is something upthere in the Kununurra water. I never thought that I would get pregnant and give birth to a child, but it happened on this movie."
She says she and six other women working on the film swam in the waters - and then became pregnant.
"Seven babies were conceived out of this film and only one was a boy," Nicole explained. "We all went swimming in the waterfalls, so we can call it the fertility waters now."
