A new online management service could be the answer to help the UK's highest unemployment population back into work within six months of signing-up or ‘your money back'.

Workthing+ developed by Trinity Mirror Digital Recruitment is a subscription-based service that offers the essential tools and advice that were only available to senior executives. A monthly subscription costs £19.99, 3 months costs £39.99 and 6 months costs £59.99.

Paul Halliwell, managing director of Trinity Mirror Digital Recruitment said: "We understand that looking for work is a lonely and frustrating experience so we've built Workthing+ around jobseeker support and preparation. We've put these tools online, which has made the service affordable and accessible to everyone".

He added: "We know it's a sound investment and are so confident that our site will help candidates back to work in six months that we promise to refund their subscription if they haven't been successful by then."

Recognising that jobs market has become more competitive Workthing+ is offering jobseekers everything they need to manage their career, giving candidates access to professional services.

CV builder & broadcast - The proprietary CV builder helps members to create a tailored CV for every job application. Workthing+ provides expert feedback on a CV and enables CVs to be distributed directly to a national network of specialist recruiters. Members are also supported throughout their jobsearch by a community of recruitment experts and peers.

Psychometric profiling – Workthing+ provides access to 5 full psychometric tests, including Myers-Briggs. Workthing+ then offers practical career recommendations based on a candidate's psychometric profile.   The economic downturn is creating a growing pool of people keen to switch into different careers and these tests enable career changers and jobseekers to understand how their core skills can be best used in new career paths.
